Apple releases third designer volatility of iOS 18, iPadOS 18, tvOS 18, and visionOS 2 from Apple.
Apple releases the fourth developer beta for iOS 18 and other software
Apple has released its fourth round developer betas of its fall operating systems. This follows an unusual third round. Apple reissued betas on July 15 for iOS 18, iPadOS 18 and macOS Sequoia after the initial release of macOS Sequoia betas on July 8 and July 10. The betas include iOS 18, iPadOS 18 and watchOS 11. They also include tvOS 18 and macOS Sequoia. VisionOS 2 is also included. Apple also offers developer betas of its current operating systems such as iOS 17.5 etc. The fourth developer betas for iOS and iPadOS 18 have build number 22A5316j, replacing the third 22a5307i. Apple’s fourth build number for tvOS 18, 22J5424f, replaces the third build number 22J5315e. The fourth macOS 15 Sequoia Beta is build number 24,A5298h. This replaces the reissued number 24A5289h. The fourth developer beta of watchOS 11 is 22R5318h, replacing 22R5309f. The fourth visionOS 2.0 beta developer build is 22N5286g, while the third was built 22N5277g. Apple confirmed that the second version included iPhone Screen Mirroring and SharePlay upgrades. Apple confirmed the news in response to reports that it might not offer Apple Intelligence or other major operating system features to European Union users due to Digital Markets Act requirements for interoperability. AppleInsider recommends that users do not install beta or RC versions of software or test operating systems on “mission critical” or primary devices. There is a small chance that data could be lost. Instead, testers should use secondary or non essential hardware and make sure they have enough backups of critical data. You can find any changes in these new builds.
