Banjo Kazooie 3 getting the axe from the Xbox 360?
Following the rumor that a first-party Microsoft title has been axed from the Xbox 360 line-up, the folks down at gameguru decided to use a good ole’ fashioned ruling out system to find out who got the boot. After ruling out a lot of candidates, they’ve finally concluded that the unlucky game leaving Microsoft’s roster is Banjo Kazooie 3 from Rare.
Of course without proper confirmation from Microsoft though, this remains to be speculation.

After ruling out a lot of candidates, they’ve finally concluded that the unlucky game leaving Microsoft’s roster is Banjo Kazooie 3 from Rare.
Some of the games ruled out were Alan Wake and Too Human (which aren’t a first part game from Microsoft). Halo Wars is unlikely to be canceled as well (definitely not after Halo 3). Fable 2 is also unlikely because it’s what Microsoft has to go up against Final Fantasy XIII.
They finally landed on Banjo Kazooie because the developing company, Rare, has “not been able to deliver its best performance” ever since Microsoft acquired the company. Not being important to the console, Banjo Kazooie may well have been the game that was given the boot. Of course without proper confirmation from Microsoft though, this remains to be speculation.
