Barron’s reports on EA profits from consoles
Who’s the biggest winner from the console demands? While there’s a whole lot of healthy debate going on about it, what is for certain is that publisher Electronic Arts sure is taking home quite a large chunk of the pie.
According to Barron’s, EA is actually aiming to garner 20 percent of total game sales. For its February 19 edition, Barron’s reports that analysts are predicting triple earnings for the company come the fiscal year ending of March 2009. Not only that, but there are even some who are bold to claim EA’s shares will climb to US$ 65 within 12 months.
Well if more money would spell out more cool games from them, then we’re rooting for it.
