There’s so much Battlefield: Bad Company 2 right now that servers are overwhelmed with the mass of players wanting to take their fragging online. To no surprise at all, the latest GFK Chart Track has the FPS sitting on number one.

 

Here’s the top ten in the UK for the week ending March 6th.

 

 

With this result, Bad Company 2 outsells its predecessor’s week one launch by nearly 3 to 1. The sales break down to 53% for its Xbox 360 version, while it’s 31% for the PS3 and 16% for the PC version. Similarly, the game also tops sales on each of those platforms for this period.

 

The previous week’s #1, Heavy Rain, slides to #4, while Ubisoft’s Just Dance continues to dance up and down the charts. The older big names, like Modern Warfare 2 and New Super Mario Bros. Wii, see some small slides down.
