Bethesda: Doom 4 is gonna be awesome, even more than Rage

Thanks to Bethesda’s Creative Director, Tim Willits, we not only know that there’s going to be a Doom 4, but that it’s also “gonna be awesome”. This little revelation was made to X360A at a recent press event by the publisher.

“Hopefully, it’ll be even more awesome than Rage. For us as a company, every game needs to be better than the last. I truly believe that Rage is the best game we’ve ever made. When we made Doom 3 I said, Doom 3 is the best game we’ve ever made and Rage will be better.

Hopefully. Doom 4 needs to be even more awesome than Rage.”

 

 

 

 

Wow, talk about just keeping their standards high. And good for them! Great for us too, actually. They’re still keeping it all hush-hush for now, though, but word has it that they’ll be ready to give us a little something come Quakecon this coming August.
