Bizarre Creations shed more light on The Club, other titles almost done
Bizarre Creations has recently posted an update on its site regarding the progress of video games set for release during this year’s Holiday season. The development firm assures everyone that everything is going according to plan and all that’s left is polishing.
“Everything is locked down and the last few bugs are being ironed out,” says the statement posted in the site as the devs narrate how the game testers are all working their tails off looking for even the smallest of bugs in Project Gotham Racing 4, The Club, Boom Boom Rocket DLC, and Geometry Wars Wii.
Of the four titles, the juiciest detail came from The Club, an action game reminiscent of Devil May Cry. Sega has apparently given its consent to let some details loose on one of the game’s characters: Seager. Seager is an extreme sports fanatic who joins a shadowy blood sport organization called The Club to test his limits and win it all. Bizarre Creations describes him as the kind of guy who’ll do anything to win, so don’t be surprised if he turns out to be dirtier than Ric Flair himself.
Feedback from the testers has revealed that the most popular level as of the moment is the Manor House. Details weren’t given as to what exactly is in there but it’s bound to be mayhem. The only clue given is that there’s a variety of weapons throughout the game which are classified according to their strike ranges. Shotguns, rifles, rocket launchers, and more have their different uses and work with variable efficiency for each character. It’s for you to figure out what weapons suit your style best.
Little else was said of PGR4, Boom Boom Rocket, and Geometry Wars Wii, but Bizarre devs did say that they’ll definitely be right there come come launch time. We’ll continue monitoring their page so we can alert you when new details are in. If you want more details on this topic, you can visit Bizarre Creations by following the Read link below.
