It seems that even Japan is getting a taste of one of the finest FPS games ever made – and we see proof through this Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (PC, PS3, Xbox 360)TV ad aired in Japan. And even though we’ve already played through the campaign enough times that we could recite from memory every barb Captain Price threw at us, the game can still grab you by the throat and never let go. It’s just that intense.

Looking at the video, it seems that Infinity Ward and Activision have done the smart move and let the game speak for itself, rather than rely on voice overs or quick text cutaways or anything. The cutscenes and action sequences – as well as the teaser at the very end – would definitely catch attention, no matter the language barrier.

Enjoy the video!
