It looks like Activison is cooking something for all the die hard Call of Duty fans as US online retailer Buy.com has outed (and then pulled) a Hardened and Prestige versions of Call of Duty: Black Ops.

As spotted by IGN, the listings offered no information on contents but had a US$ 79.99 price tag for the Hardened Edition and a US$ 149.99 price point for the Prestige edition.

When asked to comment, an Activision representative simply told the site, “we haven’t made any announcements to date.”

If you remember last year, Activision released a Hardened and Prestige edition of Modern Warfare 2. The Hardened version contained a steelbook case and included an art book and a token that allows you to download the Call of Duty Classic on PSN and XBLA while the Prestige edition on the other hand, contains all of the elements of the Hardened edition and a pair of fully-functioning night-vision goggles.
