Hollywood Reporter is reporting that there’s gonna be a “Call of Duty: The Movie” headed to the cinemas soon, if Activision carries out its intention of having one. According to an inside source, talks have been underway for the big screen version. Do we say “Uh-oh…”?

It does little to appease traumatized gamers who’ve seen their favorite games suffer in the hands of Hollywood when Activision Blizzard CEO Bobby Kotick declines to make a comment – not even to offer a denial – for the said plan.
Well, Hollywood generally makes cool war movies, yes? Generally. Call of Duty: The Movie. Say it again. Are you imagining multiple “Private Ryans” to be saved now?
