Call of Duty: World at War out in November…. maybe?
We know the game’s supposed to hit sometime this fall, but Activision have thus far been tight lipped about a specific release date for Call of Duty: World at War. Gentlemen, gather round, we’ve narrowed it down to November… maybe. Perhaps.
Why maybe? Where’d this news come from? Hit the jump, details within.

So here’s the skinny, all the folks at Only The Games would say was that an unnamed Activision rep at X’08 (Microsoft‘s Canadian holiday showcase for the Xbox platform) told them the game would in fact be in gamers hands this November. So it’s a case of he said she said then, brilliant! Naturally it should be assumed that this nameless (and hopefully faceless too) representative was referring to the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game, however it seems likely the Wii version will hit day and date.
Hopefully we’ll get official word soon, but until then I’m thinkin’ just before Turkey Day sounds about right. I offer my sincere apologies for the use of “rat-at-at-cat.jpg”.
