Camelot grab bag: quest items, character slots and Catacombs

So this week’s Camelot grab bag is already up for grabs (get it? grab? up for grabs?). Errr… okay. This week’s grab bag is all about answering your questions, and it’s quite a pretty long list, too. After all, the latest expansion, Labyrinth of the Minotaur, was just released, so tons of questions are expected. As such, we’re not going to cover everything here, so ifya want to take a look at the full-blown list of questions, you can check out our source.

Anyway, an example would be from an anonymous player, who wasn’t able to receive the item he needed for a quest, but his journal said that he already has it. An appeal was filed, and he waited for seven hours, but he still didn’t get a reply. Now, as Sanya isn’t the CSR quest person, she can’t do anything about it. However, she did advise players to be specific with their appeals, and should include the name and step of the quest, as well as name of the item. She says that appeals will be processed faster if players include the “pertinent info” in their appeals.

In regards to extra character slots, Sanya says she’s working on it, but there aren’t enough resources as of now. Rest assured that she’s “not going to stop begging” for it, so there.

And she’s got more good news. Sanya mentioned that they will release Catacombs for free download, so that’s something to look forward to.
