Campfire of the colossus: new God of War III art shows Fire Titan
If there’s something worth doing, it’s worth overdoing. And if Kratos wants an army to pwn Zeus‘ sorry ass, he’ll have no less than an army of titans in tow. God of War III picks up right where the previous game left off – the recent trailer pretty much made that clear. And do we have any room for more titans invading Olympus? Sure we do. Five bucks says we’ll have a cutscene where Kratos is camping out on Fire Titan’s back, roasting s’mores and singing songs on a guitar with the harpies.

Maybe this recent concept art might shed some light. It’s from one Cecil Kim, a mainstay God of War artist – currently the lead artist for GoW3 – who also has (surprise! surprise!) Final Fantasy IX and Parasite Eve on his portfolio.
Here we have a Fire Titan (no wai!). Whether this titan will be a playable level or just something we see in the background, it’s still looking pretty wicked. And hey, would ya look at that. A teeny-tiny Kratos (with conceptual detachable arm a la Rayman) to show the size ratio.
