Capcom giving out special Monster Hunter Freedom Unite quests at Comic-Con

Monster Hunter Freedom Unite players who just happen to be in San Diego for the San Diego Comic-Con will be getting some extra special freebies from Capcom. Nope, it's not shirts or anything like that, but eight special downloadable quests. Details in the full article.

Monster Hunter Freedom Unite players who just happen to be in San Diego for the San Diego Comic-Con will be getting some extra special freebies from Capcom. Nope, it's not shirts or anything like that, but eight special downloadable quests.

The quests range from lower-class ones that can be tackled even by newbies up to quests firmly lodged in the harder G-rank difficulty. Since only six quests can be stored in one memory stick at the same time, you'll have to bring an extra memory stick if you want to get all eight. Here are the quest details:

Lower-Class Quests
(For beginning players; No Rank restrictions)

Quest Name: Its Name is 'Mega Kut-Ku'!?

• Max Players: 4
• Area: Forest & Hills
• Special Conditions: No equipped armor
• Target Monster(s): Yian Kut-Ku (2)

Quest Name: Laurel, Please.

• Max Players: 4
• Area: Great Arena
• Special Conditions: No limits

Quest Name: Monster Hunter Fiesta03 (Training School Challenge Quest)

• Max Players: 2
• Area: Great Arena
• Special Conditions: No limits
• Target Monster(s): Emerald Congalala, Terra S.Ceanataur, Nargacuga

Quest Name: Monster Hunter Fiesta04 (Training School Challenge Quest)

• Max Players: 2
• Area: Great Arena
• Special Conditions: No limits

• Area: Moat Arena
• Special Conditions: HR7 or Above
• Target Monster(s): Terra S.Ceanataur x Terra S.Ceanataur

Capcom hasn't announced yet if these quests will eventually make it to their free weekly quest releases, but I'm really hoping that they do. That Big Daddy quest has me very curious. The San Diego Comic-Con will take place next week from July 23 to July 26 at the San DIego Convention Center. Just look for the Capcom booth if you're interested in downloading the quests.
