Capcom reveals more about Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law
A couple of days ago, we all heard about upcoming video game title Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law. It is actually based on the Adult Swim TV series and will feature the character of Birdman and his relationships with other known Hanna Barbera characters. The title will feature the character’s life as a lawyer, complete with his ups and downs.
Despite the Harvey Birdman background, one can’t help but think of DS’ Phoenix Wright the moment this game was announced. Well, there’s no offense there given Phoenix Wright‘s success and Capcom‘s latest description about this title. According to the publisher, it is going to be an “interactive story that the player participates in.”
Capcom added that Harvey Birdman will consist of several cases with each of them featuring their own characters and settings. Players will try to save the accused by looking through the crime scenes and examining the testimonies for the prosecution, all the while looking for inconsistencies.
But more importantly, Capcom added that it has employed the same writers of the TV show itself to be able to mimic the program’s brand of humor and plot devices.
