CheatSync v0.3 for GTA: LCS

ADePSP and Y4Kman has updated their CheatSync for GTA: LCS, version 0.3. CheatSync for GTA: LCS is a windows program which can download user created cheats from internet, then let you to choose which to put onto your PSP and use with Edison Carter’s CheatDevice.
