Chinese System Lanugage Patch for the PSP

I just finished the Chinese system language patch for the PSP. It is simple, only SOME ultraedit32 editing work, but it solidly took me 2 days to get it done. So sorry for the very little updates. Here it goes:

How to use:
1, Drag the F0 folder from the RAR file into your root directory of your memory stick.
2, Open UMD Emulator 0.8C, set “Flash0 emulation” to “on”, then press X to start the emulation.

After a short blackout, you will see the system in Chinese.
