Heads up, heroes and villains! NCSoft has announced the return of this year’s Halloween event, with a special emphasis on finding cool costumes and beating up Halloween-themed nasties in City of Heroes and City of Villains!

According to the new bits of information released by NCSoft, players can now collect Classical Costumes which they can don on their characters and use in trick-or-treating throughout the city. Collecting a lot of Classical Costumes will also net the user new badges to show off.

In addition to costume collecting, there’s also a whole new world of evil out there to beat up! The Unseelie Court is back, and with it come a new army of werewolves, vampires, and Eochai, monstrous Jack-O-Lanterns of pure evil. You can find questgivers Annah in Croatoa and Granny Beldam in Nerva Archipelago to explain how the festivities will work this year.

In any case, it certainly looks like an exciting Halloween for everyone. All you have to do is stomp on a few Eochai, that is.
