This weekend, Paragon Studios is celebrating the recent launch of Issue 16: Power Spectrum with a free Reactivation and Double XP weekend for City of Heroes. What this means is that you guys can play the game from October 8 to 11 and gain Experience and Level twice as fast — whether or not you’re an active or an inactive gamer.

This weekend offer is definitely for free, and will give you access to all that Powers Customization and Mission Architect have to offer. Apart from that, all participating characters for Hero and Villain will receive the following for in-game accomplishments:
- double XP points
- Influence
- Infamy
