Codemasters announces Race Driver: Create & Race for the NDS
A new racing title is speeding to the Nintendo DS community, as Codemasters announces their upcoming Race Driver: Create & Race game. Aside from allowing players to race a choice sports car through one of 32 pre-packaged in-game tracks, the game will also allow gamers the opportunity to design their own custom tracks by way of the track editor feature, with the DS’ stylus as their main tool. As for the rest of the game’s upcoming features:
- 32 real-world circuits, such as Silverstone, Nurburgring, and Bathurst.
- 25 officially licensed racing vehicles, including the Koenig GT, the AMG Mercedes C Klasse DTM, and the Chevrolet Silverado.
- WiFi support for online multiplayer gaming.
- Gamesharing with one game cartridge for up to four players.
- Unlockable cars and championship races in the game’s World Tour Mode
