Colin McRae: DIRT trailer now, PS3 game to arrive later
Enough screenshots for Colin McRae: Dirt (360, PS3, PC). After publisher Codemasters announced a release date for this racing video game, it’s about time we all take a peek at what to expect when the video game finally becomes available this June. Ladies and gentlemen, we present the first ever Colin McRae: Dirt trailer video.
But before we get to that, there’s a couple of things we have to discuss first. It looks like Codemasters won’t be making its previously promised simultaneous release for all three platforms. The company’s exact words on the release are as follow: “…When it launches this June for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and PC, with a PlayStation 3 (PS3) computer entertainment system edition following shortly after.”
Anyway, going back to the trailer video, the opening sequence shows off a cliff-edge drive that corners on Pikes Peak. This location is included in the video game’s Hill Climb events. Also, it is worth mentioning that the video clip includes McRae’s very own prototype performance car R4.
