Coming to PlayStation Store: Wipeout, Jet Moto, Blast Factor MP

Where are the brakes on this thing? While rumors still remain unanswered as to whether the PS3 will see a next-gen Wipeout addition to the series, at least its ancient ancestor will be making a comeback – for the PSP’s PSOne emulator. Gamasutra reports that the Wipeout downloadable PSP-playable will slide into the PlayStation Store, along with the equally futuristic, equally racer, equally PSOne Jet Moto. Coming out when? No word on a date, TBA, we guess. Price stands at US$ 5.99 each.

Those two classics will share shelf space with a few other additions to the Store. There’s the Blast Factor multiplayer pack for US$ 2.99, not to mention another PSOne classic Rally Cross. Downloadable content for Genji: Days of the Blade in the form of alternate costumes has also been placed on display. And if you’re interested in videos, word is that the trailer for the PS2‘s God of War II will also make its way to the store.
