Confirmed: THQ won’t publish GTR

It’s a sad day for all GTR fans worldwide. THQ has officially announced that they’re not going to publish SimBin’s GTR, a highly-anticipated racing game for the Xboc 360.

“THQ and SimBin are no longer working together on the GTR Xbox 360 videogame,” commented a THQ spokesperson. “Our focus within the racing genre is continuing to build THQ’s internally developed Stuntman, Juiced and MX franchises.”

Without a publisher, GTR’s pretty much driving in the dark without headlights on, and it’s uncertain if it’ll ever make it to the finish line and onto Microsoft‘s shiny new console.
