Connect 360, which we featured yesterday, has had a major upgrade already. It?s now at version 1.0. Connect 360 simply and easily enables streaming of music and pictures from an OS X Mac to an Xbox 360.
Version 1.0 adds on-the-fly transcoding, so it converts music and pictures from file formats the Xbox 360 doesn’t understand into ones which it does. Connect 360 can handle AAC, Apple Lossless, MP3, WAV and AIFF music and JPEG, RAW, PNG, GIF, TIFF, BMP and PSD images.
