Construction Builder v1.1 Online for CheatDevice
AdePSP has also released some online tools for using with Edison Carter’s Cheat Device. The new one is the Construction Builder v1.1. This tool can generate codes for the construction according to your requirements, and let you to copy, save and run on your own GTA: LCS.
You have to specify the parameters you want on the webpage, such as the object type, length, width,
height, padding and location. After that, hit the “Create Structure” button, the code for the structure you wanted together with some instructions will be shown in a box below. Then just copy the content in the box and save it as “cheats.txt” into the CHEATS folder on your memory stick. After that, boot up the Cheat Device and play!
