Controller details (and screenshots) for Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles
Japan gaming magazine Famitsu has just let loose with new screenshots of Capcom‘s Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles for the Wii console. This time around, new details appear to have been explained for this light rail shooter-style game’s controls, and its previously reported co-op mode.
As to the controls, players can apparently pick up items onscreen by holding their targetting reticule on the item, and pressing A on the Wiimote to pick it up. Umbrella Chronicle‘s co-op mode will have players sharing one life bar – damage to either player will cut it down accordingly.
Also detailed in these new screenshots is the new gun upgrade system. As was detailed previously, your accumulated zombie-kill points can be used to upgrade your weapons, similarly to Resident Evil 4‘s customization system.
