CPS2PSP Kernel Mode: romcnv.exe updated to version 6

NJ has updated the romcnv.exe of the CPS2PSP Kernel Mode to version 6. The romcnv.exe of CS2PSP Kernel Mode posted yesterday was version 5 and it had some bugs in it which has been fixed.

CPS2PSP Kernel Mode’s romcnv.exe version 6 has the following changes (pardon the translation, our Japanese is just as good as babelfish).

• A bug which doesn’t let you convert by drag and drop has been fixed.
  
• It’s not necessary to download when it does not convert with the drag and drop.
  
• Swapped out the file included in the CPS2PSP executable file.

While NJ‘s identity remains a mystery, there’s no denying the popularity of CPS2PSP emulator.The CPS-2 (Capcom Play System 2) is an arcade system that first arrived on the gaming scene in the early 90s with Super Street Fighter 2. It featured heavy encryption methods which was believed to be immune to emulation methods. But once homebrew developers decide on something, you know there’s no stopping them.
