Crush: trailer, screens, and info
Slated for a summer release, Crush by Kuju Brighton mixes innovative 2D and 3D gameplay. Puzzle solving in a surreal environment really makes this title unique.
The story revolves around Danny, an insomniac dude full of emotional baggage. He becomes really ill and desperately needs some sleep. As he swims in nothingness, he meets Dr. Reubens, who happens to be a maverick psychologist. Some people think of Dr. Reubens as a mad scientist, while some consider his methods just a bit unorthodox. He’s a pioneer in his field and zealously believes that the miracle machine that he created would be the answer to Danny’s woes. The problem is, his “methods” aren’t really what you’d call safe or previously tested.
Dr. Reuben’s brainchild is C.R.U.S.H. or Cognitive Regression Utilizing pSychiatric Heuristics – the latest thing in psychotherapy. It’s also the machine that lets Danny “crush” the environments and navigate through the world.
While we wait for further announcements (like an exact release date) and more info, here’s some screenshots to give you a taste of what’s coming to the PSP.
