Cryptic Studios closes blog and forums to focus on projects

Along with the “cryptic” state of the Marvel Universe Online (PC, Xbox 360) project comes an intriguing announcement from Cryptic Studios: the company’s blog and message boards are now officially closed.

Along with the “cryptic” state of the Marvel Universe Online (PC, Xbox 360) project comes an intriguing announcement from Cryptic Studios: the company’s blog and message boards are now officially closed.

Kestrel of the Cryptic Studios team posted a single message a few days ago on the Cryptic message boards announcing the move. According to Kestrel, Cryptic Studios needed to devote more of their time and attention to doing the best job they can possibly do on their upcoming projects, hence the closing of their blog and message boards.

While Kestrel didn’t elaborate on what those projects were, Kestrel nevertheless apologized on behalf of the Cryptic team for being incommunicado lately, and thanked customers for their support all this time. Kestrel also reassured customers that Cryptic Studios has been paying attention to customer feedback and suggestions, and that Cryptic Studios will be revealing more information about their projects in the months to come.
