Pasky13 has updated CWCheat Database Editor v1.74 to turn it into the CWCheat Database Editor v1.82, showing off some additional features as well as some fixes from the previous version. For those who haven’t heard of it, the CWcheat Database Editor allows users to edit your CWCheat files.

Here’s the changelog for this version of his application:

  • Added menu to create a condensed code for both PSP and POPs. This is basically the same as a Multi-Code creator except that it only adds one code rather than all of them individually.
  • Added an error control check when editing an existing code. Didn’t realize there wasn’t one. (For both POPs and PSP modes)
  • Fixed the tab index if you’re a tab browser like me. No more going from the Sort button to the code text ;P.
  • Fixed the text alignment on the floating point <-> hexadecimal text box.
  • New hotkeys if you don’t like right clicking.:
    • F1 – Open Help File.
    • F2 – Add Game
    • F3 – Add Codename
    • F4 – Add Code

Pasky13 also noted that, to properly get the application to run, you’ll need Microsoft‘s .NET 2.0 Framework, which you can also download below. In any case, give it a try and see what happens to your cheats when you’re done.
