Here’s a little something for the PSP fans who like their action on a grand scale. Japan‘s Famitsu magazine indicates that SystemSoft is making plans to release Daisenryaku VII Exceed on Sony‘s handheld gaming system by January 31 next year. The game was originally released on the PlayStation 2 last year, with a US port arriving recently via publisher Valcon Games.
Based on the translations from Famitsu’s site, Daisenryaku VII Exceed (Portable?) will carry new innovations and units since the franchise’s last romp to the portable, including new missions and the mighty Aegis-class missile cruiser.
The game also gains wireless LAN support – perfect for resolving feuds between you and any nearby friends. In case you’re wondering how the title will look, here are a few screenshots for your viewing pleasure. Enjoy!
