Damage report! Scrolling Combat Text v5.11 for WoW
The regular combat chat window’s a hassle, but you still want to be kept up to date on what’s happening to your character. Everyone feels the same way, so Grayhoof‘s Scrolling Combat Text brings all the news (about you), which you can print and feed to a scrolling text above your character model.
Now World of Warcraft itself already has Floating Combat Text newly put in, but Grayhoof designed SCT with more performance in mind. Compared to the relatively “lightweight” FCT, SCT gives you so many more messages and options, including an option to report user-customized events on the scrolling text.
You may already have SCT installed via the Chiploxie U Collection, but this may be the latest version. But then again, SCT ain’t all Grayhoof’s got. Included in today’s package is SCT Damage 2.1, an add-on to the SCT which adds more damage reporting options to the basic scrolling report.
As the great Chinese strategist Sun Tzu once said, Know thyself and Know thine enemy, and you will pwn the b*****d(s) in even a hundred PvPs and PvEs. Consider SCT and SCTD part of that package of pwnage knowledge you need. Don’t forget to take a look at the Readme for instructions.
