Missy Hatch has probably become on of the household names for Dark Age of Camelot players. What with the constant updates she brings (along with Miss Sanya Thomas if I might add), she’s one woman who instantly draws Minotaur players’ attention.

But enough with the girl talk, let’s get to the release notes now, shall we? Alright, for this patch Mythics brings us new things and more bug fixes to further improve your Minotaur gameplay. Included in the 1.86 release notes are the following fixes:

  • The /ignore command works once again.
  • The ignore list is now displayed alphabetically.
  • Players may now add as many people to the ignore list as they want. It was previously limited to 50 names.

As for new Frontiers notes, Missy says that the realm guards at the Labyrinth entrances won’t follow you around the island anymore, and will now rely on their archery skills to ward off enemies. The world notes for Trials of Atlantis also dons a few changes: in Secrets of Naxos, Nikoda’s note can now be used by either the /use command or by dragging the Read button from the mini-delve window to your quickbar and then clicking it.

LABYRINTH NOTES

  • Pathing in Labyrinth has been updated, addressing some line-of-sight issues on the spiral staircases.  This update also added pathing to the sanctuary rooms.
  • Added an additional failsafe timer to the monster ‘Master Norr’ice’ and ‘Prelate Quietus II’ to ensure they reset properly.  This should help prevent a rare occurrence where the main mob would remain in its shade form and stall the encounter.
  • Because the entrance room is now a ‘safe spot’, the entire room is now covered by the mechanism that moves inactive characters.  If a character remains in the entrance for more than 15 minutes, they will automatically be moved to the sanctuary room appropriate to their realm.  This timer will be cleared when you leave the safety of the room and head into the halls of the Labyrinth.
  • If a character dies in their realm’s entrance of the Labyrinth, they will no longer be moved to the sanctuary room if they are still dead when their timer goes off.
  • “The One” Savage Claw has been changed from 4.2 speed to 4.4 speed.
  • Delve information has been added to many Mythirian pieces to better explain the bonuses they grant.
  • Corrupt Geomancers will no longer attack their summoned earthlords when charmed.
