Dark and Light Players To Receive Three Months Free Play

Dark and Light, published by Farlan Entertainment, is a groundbreaking MMORPG in many ways. It features the largest virtual game surface yet seen in the gaming world, complete freedom of movement, minimal loading time, and three axes of character progression.  There have been several problems and bugs, however, leading to understandable player frustration and disenchantment.

Farlan spokespersons now admit that the June release  of DaL was premature, as the corporation was pressured by investors as well as the gaming community. Right now, Farlan is attempting to correct several elements of the game, focusing on handling, user interface processing speed, game immersion and battle performance. Several major improvements already underway, with several more promised in the coming weeks.

What does this mean for the gamer? To show their appreciation to those who have “stayed the course,”  Farlan is offering all new and current players three months without subscription fee. All player user accounts and player credits will be maintained during the three month period, at the end of which time Farlan plans to have these technical issues addressed. Access keys for new players still need to be purchased ($39.99 USD and €39.99), however, the monthly subscription fee will be waved for the duration of the upgrade period.
