D&D Online introduces gem and collection bags
New in-game bags are slated for Turbine Inc.’s Dungeons & Dragons Online. The new items come in two flavors: collection bags and gem bags. Each one comes in three sizes which dictate how much you can stuff in it.
Each of these bags only take up one space in the inventory. The smallest bag can hold up to 12 items and can be obtained by completing a quest from Old Sully and Aida. The medium bag, on the other hand, can store up to 30 items and is available for purchase.
Finally, the large bag holds up to 80 different collectibles and as an added bonus, those who find this bag will randomly find large amounts of collectibles already put in it.
The gem bag, now, is pretty much the same as collection bags but players can stack up to 1000 gems in each slot. The small bag, can also be obtained from Old Sully and Aida, can hold six unique gems. The medium bag can store up to 12 different gems and is purchased from a NPC. Finally, the large bag holds a whopping 30 gems.
This is a pretty solid update for adventurers who like lots of little shiny objects. It’s nice that the developers decided to introduce this since it finally solves the problem of players having to leave their loot behind because they don’t have enough space in their inventories.
