Dead Head Fred Packshot (now with 50% more Fred)

Box-art for Dead Head Fred - Image 1Vicious Cycle Software and D3Publisher‘s Dead Head Fred for the PSP is one of the weirdest games I’ve seen in a long time. It has been called a comedy, fantasy, and horror themed game which quite frankly feels a bit disturbing after seeing the Resident Evil 4 video.

The core gameplay revolves around Private Eye Fred Neuman trying to get back his head. How he loses it is a mystery, suffice to say he wakes up without it after being resurrected via a scientific experiment. Seeking answers and revenge, he starts hunting down suspects in an attempt to solve the mystery of the town’s degradation and his lost head. As an added bonus, Fred will be voiced by famous actor John C. McGinley of Scrubs fame.

This game is set to be out this August 21, gamers waiting for this won’t have to wait long. When it does come out, you’ll probably want to know what you’ll be looking for. Check the right of this article to see the box-art of this game.
