Def Jam Rapstar relelase dates announced, new artists as well

Get your jams ready! Konami has already set the date for the official release of Def Jam Rapstar across the different regions. Along with this announcement comes some more artists confirmed for the game.

Get your jams ready! Konami has already set the date for the official release of Def Jam Rapstar across the different regions. Along with this announcement comes some more artists confirmed for the game.

Def Jam Rapstar kicks to the beats in North America on October 5, 2010 and in UK on November 5, 2010.

The new artists confirmed, according to the press release, are the following:

• Biz Markie – Just A Friend
• Drake – Best I Ever Had
• Outkast – So Fresh, So Clean
• Pete Rock and CL Smooth – They Reminisce Over You (T.R.O.Y.)
• Salt-N-Pepa – Push It
• Tinchy Stryder feat. N-Dubz – Number 1 (UK exclusive)

Def Jam Rapstar is coming to both the PS3 and Xbox 360.
