According to the book’s description, the story will follow “unlikely heroes”, Anna Kelso and Ben Saxon. Here, both characters come “uncomfortably close to the truth”, and so in the process writes history with the choices that they make. Apparently, the storylines of both the novel and the game overlap, so it should be interesting how this should pan out.

“Deus Ex: The Icarus Effect” is authored by British author James Swallow, and will be published by Del Rey. Deus Ex: Human Revolution comes out early next year.
