Dev diary: bringing NBA Jam back into the hardcourt

nbajamTimes have changed quite a lot since we last saw NBA Jam. For one, there’s was quite a Jordan-esque jump in technology since the Midway days. Now that EA Sports is bringing the boom-shaka-laka back into mainstream, there’s a bit of pressure going into the development of the game. Creative director Trey Smith gives his take on what that’s like.

Originally announced for the Wii, NBA Jam will also be coming to the PS3 and Xbox 360, but only IF you get a copy of NBA Elite 11.
