Devilish Akuma Theme and Picture Pack Available
We all know Akuma as the secret character and hidden boss in Super Street Fighter II Turbo, that probably had you begging for your mommy. He sports fire engine red hair, prayer beads around his neck and the Japanese character “ten” meaning “heaven” printed on his gi.
But on the contrary, did you know that Akuma is a Japanese character that means Devil. There was even an incident in Japan in 1994 where parents wanted to register their son as “Akuma” but got denied by city authorities. That’s how notorious this name is.
This is probably the only Akuma related thing that has his devilish charms but isn’t all that bad. The Street Fighter II: Hyper Fighting Akuma theme and picture pack is now available in the Marketplace. The theme is for 150 points while the picture pack is worth a 100. Unfortunately, the content is not available for fellow gamers in Asia.
