DGEN v0.70 For the PSP Released

Syn-z has just release the latest version of the DGEN Genesis / Megadrive emulator for the PSP, DGEN v0.70. Here are the changes in this version:
- settings saving
- key config
- screen mode added (Fit, Full)
- Sound volume settings added
- Sound channel reversed bug fixed
