Digimon World DS features Digi-Farms where players can raise, feed, and train digital monsters. Digimon World DS offers 230 distinct Digimon species to collect and train for battles.
If engaging your Digimon in three-vs.-three battles doesn’t appeal to you, you can trade up to 40 Digimon with other Digi-farmers wirelessly. Gamers can also create rare Digimon hybrids by mixing and matching digital monsters with friends via Wi-Fi and local DS wireless connection.
The Digimon craze started in the US started in 1999 resulting in 10 popular games for various console platforms. But Digimon World DS introduces the DSÂ’ touch screen and Wi-Fi capabilities to the franchise for the first time. Digimon World DS from NAMCO BANDAI is rated E10+ (for Everybody 10 years old and above). It retails for US $ 29.99.
