DS – A Spy Device?
In “Stormbreaker,” an upcoming spy movie for teens based on the “Alex Rider” books, a Hot Rod Red phat DS will be featured as an all-in-one spy device. The main character, Alex, will receive one from his spy agency, MI6.
The DS will feature upgraded game cards that enable it to detect wiretaps, eavesdrop on conversations, and make smoke bombs. The game will be sold and marketed to the public as The Essential Toolkit for Pedophiles and published by Bandai this Christmas season.
“The (DS being featured in “Stormbreaker”) is a perfect marriage of two hot entertainment properties,” explains George Harrison, Nintendo of AmericaÂ’s senior vice president of marketing and corporate communications. The film will be out in the UK this July and will hit US shores this October.
