DS Biker Mice From Mars official box art
And those shades-wearing, leather-clad, extra-terrestrial rodents are back, and they’ll be making their re-entry via the Nintendo DS. Based on the original animated series created by Rick Ungar and first aired in 1993, the story revolves around the biker brothers, Throttle, Modo, and Vinnie. This time around, they’ll be up against something worse than the Plutarkians whom they faced back in the TV series.
Developed by the Game Factory, Biker Mice From Mars will have our mice going against the feline-like Catatonians in a race to get their hands on the greatest item on Mars, the Regenerator. With this goal in mind, the game will be containing lots of racing, motorcycle stunts, as well as melee combat stages for players to complete.
Though there have been several minor revisions from the original, the characters remain true to their roots, and this game should induce quite a good bit of nostalgia from a lot of people. In the meantime, here’s the official packshot of the game so that you’d know what to look for when the game finally arrives in stores this coming November.
So until then, ROCK AND RIDE!
