Now here’s a homebrew game that you’re gonna love. DS brew developer Gemisis has just started remaking Super Smash Bros. for the Nintendo DS. It’s still a demo, but the new code lets the developer add new characters and levels easily, so we can expect big updates on the succeeding releases.

For now, the demo only has two characters and one level, but Gemisis says that there’s a secret mode that can be accessed via a real DS, since emulators won’t work with the mode, but the game should work with some emulators. He’ll make a video on it later on.
