Dungeons & Dragons Tactics official movie

It certainly isn’t Dennis Quaid’s Dragonheart back in the ’90s, but there’s always that concept of the good dragon and the evil dragon and you’re always compelled to choose between the two. But no matter, Atari‘s Dungeons and Dragons Tactics is still turn-based and MMORPGish – we may even forget that we’re going to play it on the PSP in February next year.

The game allows for six seats in the multiplayer mode, plus a co-op and a deathmatch. Lot of core, non-core  and prestige classes will be featured. In the video, you’re going to kick it up with some characters like Goblin, Solis, Valathia Nailo, Stiger of Saxa, and Gromfeng.

The video here ain’t much to begin with — just a few minutes of track-infused gameplay — but it gives us a peek of what’s ahead even before the game launches. Back in Japan, we’ve been told that the sales of the PSP had been trailing along behind the other consoles. Some of ’em fanboys think it’s because there are fewer games being released on the PSP lately. Just lately. Dungeons and Dragons Tactics may be a great boost to the PSP sales by the time it hits the shelves early next year – we hope.
