E3 2006 – Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest for PSP

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest is an action adventure game based on the movie, Pirates of the Caribbean. A trailer has been released for the game that will span across the portable formats, being developed for PSP, DS, and GBA.

The PSP game features extremely eccentric Captain Jack Sparrow, the dashing Will Turner, and the feisty Elizabeth Swann as they search the legendary (are there any other kind?) treasure, the Dead Man’s Chest, through 10 stages. The PSP version of the game also has a four player ad-hoc multiplayer mode, which is sure to bring in the gold.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest features:

• •The ability to explore 15 islands of dense terrain in more than 50 side-scrolling adventure maps
• Sail the high seas by taking the helm of the Black Pearl and steering through rough waters in sea-faring 3-D action
• Take on enemy ships in fast-paced naval battle.
• Collect treasure and items throughout the exploration of the Caribbean.
• Unlock and master JackÂ’s advanced attacks.
