Rumor has it that Little Mac will be making an appearance at this year’s E3. According to an unnamed source of magazine Ngamer, Punch-Out!! Wii will be in the spotlight at the aforementioned event alongside Animal Crossing Wii.

The source provided website n-europe with an alleged snippet from the article they plan on running about E3 2008 which mentioned that the game will be playable at the event:

And if all goes to plan (and our sources haven’t played a mean trick on us), that hands-on coverage will be of Animal Crossing and Punch-Out!! Wii, aka Nintendo’s great hopes for 2008.

It has been a pretty good year for Nintendo and if this rumor holds true, then we can expect that it will only get better. Oh well, we’ll just have to wait for E3 to find out.
