E3: PSP Slim launching in Europe early September

David Reeves, CEO of SCEE, has announced during their E3 event that the PSP “will come out at 169 Euros in all the PAL territories at the beginning of September.” The unit will be priced at €169. Meanwhile, Japan will be seeing (PSP) rainbows on September 20 with a pricetag of US$ 162.

The new lighter, slimmer version is expected to be available in three colors for the Western hemisphere, while Japan will get three extra colors. Europe will get the classics – Piano Black, Ceramic White and Ice Silver – while Japan will also get Rose Pink, Lavender Purple and Felicia Blue. Gotta catch ’em all.
