Eidos collaborates with Sha Money XL for Traxxpad
This next one concerns upcoming portable music studio for the PSP Traxxpad. It was first announced back at the last Game Developer Conference (GDC) by Eidos Interactive. Like we said, this application lets anyone with a PSP try their musical stylings using sequencers, drums, and keyboards.
Eidos now announced that it’s collaborating with hip hop producer Sha Money XL in Traxxpad. The latter is the CEO and founder of Money Management Group – the same company responsible for launching artists 50 Cent, Lloyd Banks, and Young Buck among others to stardom.
Sha Money XL had this to say, “I’ve always been about the best beats, not just the biggest names, and Traxxpad: Portable Studio puts the spotlight on the next generation of producers and beat makers. Traxxpad is gonna change the game.” Likewise, Eidos North America Senior Marketing Manager Kevin Gill seemed quite excited as he commented,
Sha Money XL is an undeniably talented producer with an outstanding list of hit singles. His support and involvement with Traxxpad: Portable Studio speaks volumes not only to the fact that it is an incredibly powerful music application but it is also software which can inspire everyone from garage musicians to professional music producers.
There are still no specifics yet as to how this collaboration will affect the development of Traxxpad but Eidos mentioned that Money Management Group will be providing exclusive materials including graphics and skins for the application.
