11 new screens for Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles
Capcom‘s Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles for the Wii looks great. With the recently confirmed Co-op mode, this might just become one of the “must have” titles this year.
The game is said to have players following a preset path as you aim and shoot at monsters using your Wiimote. The analog stick on the Nunchuk is used to control where the player is looking. This is pretty important since the gun sight is also used to locate items like green herbs which heal you or weapons you can use to bust up some zombies.
Since this is a retelling of the previous iterations of the game, you can expect Chris Redfield, Jill Valentine, Carlos Oliveira, Albert Wesker, Rebecca Chambers, and Billy Coen to be in the game. Claire Redfield and Leon S. Kennedy have not yet been confirmed, but hopefully we’ll be getting more info on this.
Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles is slated for release this year. While waiting for it to come out, why not spend some time looking at some of the screenshots of the game?
